Monument to architect A.D. Kryachkov
Description:
The monument to the architect Andrei Dmitrievich Kryachkov is installed on Sverdlov Square in the immediate vicinity of the famous architectural monuments of Novosibirsk, built according to the projects of A.D. Kryachkov: 100-apartment house of the regional executive committee, Administration of the Novosibirsk region (Krayispolkom). House of Soviets), Real School, Sibrevkom (Novosibirsk Art Gallery).
The authors of the monument: sculptor - Aram Grigoryan (chairman of the Novosibirsk Union of Artists), artist Yuri Burika (chief artist of Novosibirsk), architect - Alexey Kovalenko, curator of the project - Valery Arbatsky (at the time of the monument's creation - chief architect of Novosibirsk).
On June 28, 2008, a 3.2 m high bronze sculpture was installed on a pedestal of red granite.
