Monument of wooden architecture on the street. Bolshevik No. 29 in the October district of Novosibirsk. The date of construction is 1926. The house is recognized as an architectural monument of regional importance. In 2007-08 it was completely dismantled and rebuilt. A mixed-type residential building is a typical example of the construction of Novonikolaevsk in the early XX century. In the style of the house, the techniques of urban architecture and folk architecture are traced.
