The house on Sibrevkoma Street (Voznesenskaya) No. 12 is located in the Central part of Novosibirsk. Built in 1911, belonged to Alexander Fedorovich Vykhodtsev. The house is a wooden two-storey, overlooks the main facade on the “red line” of Sibrevkoma Street. It belongs to the type of “urban income house”. In terms of the house has a rectangular shape, formed by a log house. The main volume is adjoined by canyons, also having a rectangular shape of the plan.
