Pokryshkin Monument in Nvosibirsk

The sculptural composition is in full growth of Alexander Pokryshkin.

The image of the monument was created by the Novosibirsk artist Yuri Burika, and then by the sculptor Mikhail Pereyaslavets.

This time the tribute to the hero of Novosibirsk decided to show the full program. The monument was erected on Marx Square, initially there was even trade, but sellers were moved to other points in the city, and the area was specially ennobled to establish a beautiful monument to Alexander Pokryshkin.

It is also planned to move the Alexander Pokryshkin Museum closer to this monument, and without false modesty, it should be noted that this will be fair, three times the hero deserved it to be remembered in his native city.
