Monument "Buyer and Seller"

The monument "Buyer and Seller" was inaugurated on June 26, 2011 on the birthday of the city of Novosibirsk. The sculptural composition was installed at the intersection of Krylov and Kamenskaya streets, in front of the main entrance to the Central Market. Sculptor Eduard Dobrovolsky, who created this unusual monument, approached his work with humor: while the saleswoman offers a man to buy seeds and flowers, the dog deftly steals sausages from his bag. Such a cheerful and vital sculpture makes every passer-by stop to take a closer look at this frozen moment.
