River 2nd Yeltsovka

The Yeltsovka River 2nd flows through the territory of the city of Novosibirsk, then, at 2956 km, flows into the Ob. The length of Yeltsovka is 2nd 14 kilometers.

In the state water register, the river belongs to the Upper Neobsk Basin District. It got its name from the name of the river Yeltsovka big. Yeltsovka-1 was called Yeltsovka Small even before the birth of the city of Novosibirsk. Places in the area of the First and Second Yeltsovok (small and large, as the first settlers called them) were attractive for the location of manufacturing enterprises there, which contributed to the birth of the new Yeltsovsky district. Since the beginning of the 20th century, many enterprises have appeared here, which significantly affected the state of the river.
