Exhibition center of railway equipment named after N.A.Akulinin

The Museum of Railway Technology is a popular museum of Novosibirsk located near the Seyatel station. The museum contains more than 60 different exhibits placed under the open sky - this is the largest museum of its kind in Russia.

The Novosibirsk Museum of Railway Technology opened in August 2000 and immediately gained considerable popularity. On six railway tracks belonging to the museum, a large collection of locomotives, electric locomotives, diesel locomotives, wagons and various special equipment is collected. Many exhibits for many years worked in Western Siberia, and today they are carefully restored and open to tourists - you can freely climb inside the old locomotive, inspect its cabin and internal structure.

Also among the exhibits of the railway museum are old trucks, tractors, all-terrain vehicles and other heavy equipment. And since 2006, the museum has an exhibition of retro cars.

Of course, this museum will be interesting to visit any person, even a little fond of domestic railway equipment and old cars.
