Maslyaninsky Local History Museum

On December 8, 1978, the first exhibition opened. From this day the history of the museum begins. Its most rapid development occurred in the early 1980s. In 1999 he moved to a new building, today there are expositions dedicated to the history of the district.

Every year, the funds of the Maslyaninsky Museum of Local History are replenished with more than 100 items of storage. One of the forms of acquisition are gifts from residents of the Maslyani district. The fund is formed from collections of paintings, graphics, sculpture, decorative and applied arts, numismatics and archaeology, ethnography, weapons, documents, natural science collections, history of technology. The collection of the museum at the end of 2020 is 4,645 items of storage, of which 2,336 are the main fund and 2,309 are scientific and support funds.

The museum has become a center of culture, conducts great educational activities. During the year, more than 25 exhibitions are exhibited, more than 170 excursions and lectures are held. More than 4,000 people visit the museum every year.
