Gagarinskaya metro station

Gagarinskaya station belongs to the metro of Novosibirsk. The walls of the station are covered with granite and marble slabs, where steel plates are inserted. The columns are lined with steel sheets. The ceiling represents the image of the starry sky, which is achieved using blue and spot lighting. After the anniversary of the first flight into space in 2011, the station was redesigned in purple-silver tones, and the walls are decorated with portraits of Gagarin. The lobbies are equipped with stairs.

The station has a convenient location near shopping centers and suburban electric train station. The station was opened in 1992.
