Big Altai.

We will go through the whole Altai, to the very border with Mongolia. It will be an adventure that will be remembered for a long time! You will see the purest waterfalls, majestic passes, blue lakes, the main rivers of the Altai (Katun, Chuyu and Chulyshman). Get acquainted with the cave paintings of the ancients in the Kalbak-Tash tract, try the national cuisine and hear throat singing in the Altai ail.

Explore the Chui tract all the way to the border with Mongolia (included in the list of the 10 most beautiful roads in the world). Swim on a motorcraft along a mountain river (absolutely safe) and get acquainted with ancient cultural monuments.

Today you will get acquainted with the Altai Territory and Res. Altai. You will begin it with a visit to the Motherland of V.M. Shukshin - the village of Srotsky. The journey will continue and soon you will reach the border with Res. Altai, where there is a monument to the tourist and a memorial stele. Having made a short stop, you will go to the famous Oz. The manger where the lift works. It will take you to the highest point of Mount Sinyukha, which offers stunning views of the Katun River valley and the lake itself.

After lunch (not included in the price of the tour), you will continue the trip along the Chui tract (included in the list of the 10 most beautiful roads in the world). Overcome the famous pass - Seminsky and get to one of the most mysterious and revered places of Altai - the mystical Karakol valley. In the evening - accommodation at the tourist base, acquaintance with the national ail and tasting Altai delicacies.

Day 2. The place of power is the Uch Enmek Nature Park.

Today we will make an amazing tour of the Karakol Valley and the Uch-Enmek Natural Park. This place of worship is of great importance in the culture of the Altai people. Various shamanic rites and sacrifices have been held here for centuries. The place has a huge energy, many of the artifacts of the valley are still not deciphered, and the mountains with smooth pyramidal shapes only give mystery to this place. Here is one of the most revered mountains - Mount Uch-Enemek. Altai people believe that people who came to these places with pure thoughts leave with a triple force of love and kindness. Day 3. Attractions of the Chui tract. Geyser lake.

Today you will see a huge number of very picturesque views. You will overcome the Chike-Taman pass, see ancient Turkic monuments, the Tsaplinsky Bridge, visit the place of power at the confluence of the Chui and Katuni rivers, take a walk through the Kalbak-Tash rock painting complex, where more than 5,000 petroglyphs have been preserved (from the Stone Age to the present day), visit the Shirlak waterfall, inspect a fragment of the ancient Chui tract.

After lunch and accommodation at the camp - a walk to the geyser lake and the canyon of the Chuya River. Learning to play komus under the guidance of an instructor (not a mandatory element of the program). Dinner.

Day 4. The edge of a thousand lakes. Chulyshman River Valley. Katu-Yaryk Pass.

After breakfast, we will be back on the road. Today our route lies along the Ulagansky highway through a narrow gorge. Visit the Red Gate, the Mercury Lake. Also, today we will see the legendary, shrouded in a veil of secrets - Pazyryk burial mounds - the valley of the burial of the Scythian kings. Scientists estimate that some mounds are more than 20,000 years old. This is one of the most mysterious and mystical places in Altai. It is saturated with the most powerful energy of the Earth, so according to ancient legends, only a select few could come here - strong warriors or shamans.

After lunch, we will get close to the Chulyshman land with its reserves, grandiose passes and the queen-river Chulyshman. You will see firsthand the grandiose pass Katu-Yaryk from the view of which is breathtaking.

Day 5. Snowy peaks of the North Chui Ridge. Altai Mars.

Today you will see grandiose views of the North Chui Ridge with a peak - Aktru Bash, which is only 560 meters below the main peak of the Altai - Belukha Mountain. You will get acquainted with the culture of nomadic peoples and the harsh Chui steppe. Nature and climate are very different here. There are already free winds of Mongolia. After lunch, very close to the border of the Russian Federation and Mongolia, you will visit another famous place in Altai - Altai Mars. Take a walk through surreal landscapes and take wonderful photos. In the evening, a big fire, dinner on fire.

Day 6. Rafting on the Katun River. Patmos Island and Chemal HPP

On this day, we are waiting for a move from pos. Chibit all the way. Elanda. After lunch, you will find rafting on the Katun River. Pos. Chemal you will see the most popular place of the Altai Mountains - Patmos Island (a monastery on the island right in the middle of the mountain river), walk along the suspension bridge, admire the confluence of two mountain rivers - Chemala and Katun (the color of the water in the rivers is different). Check-in at the camp, farewell dinner.

Day 7. Askat Masters Village. Caves of ancient people. Paseca.

Breakfast, packing, leaving the camp. A trip to the village of Askat masters, learning to play musical ethnic instruments. We will learn to play the komus, ocarin, drum, tambourine and even create our own musical ethno-group. Next, we will go to a large complex of karst caves, where ancient people lived during the Neolithic era. And then we will visit one of the best apiaries of the Chemal district, where you can see how bees make honey.
