The Museum Resource Center (MRC) is a modern museum-type institution focused on the use of both the latest and traditional museum technologies. The structure of the IRC includes three divisions: the Museum of Fine Arts, the Children's Museum, the Museum of Urban History. The main task of the IRC is to create all the necessary conditions for the work of its units: the administrative and economic part, the art and restoration workshop, the development department, the library, funds - ensure the functioning of such diverse, but at the same time, closely cooperating with each other museums. Museums work in project mode, which allows residents and guests of the city not only to get acquainted with interesting exhibitions, but also to take part in them directly. The basis for the creation of projects is unique stock collections, numbering more than 14,000 items of storage, the most striking and significant among which are collections on ethnography. A special pride of the MRC is the collection of the famous Kaslin casting. One of the most important activities of the structural divisions of the IRC is working with children of preschool and school age: traveling exhibitions, thematic classes, master classes, theatrical programs - all this helps children to get acquainted with the material and spiritual culture of the indigenous small-numbered peoples of the North, ecology, history of the city and region, archaeology, folk crafts, history of world artistic culture in a playful and fascinating way. On the basis of the IRC, annual exhibition projects are held aimed at the development and support of children's artistic and applied creativity: "Rainbow", "Caution, fire!", "From a smile will become all light", "Road to the Temple" |

Visiting and exchange exhibitions:
Interactive exhibition "Journey to Insects". Before visitors appear enlarged many times insects made in the technique of soft toys. The exhibition expands the knowledge of the museum audience about the insect world and the nature of the Far North, forms ecological thinking.
It is designed primarily for children of preschool and primary/secondary school age.
Interactive exhibition "Children's game calendar". The main purpose of the exhibition is to form a system of interaction between children of different nationalities in the multicultural space of the city through acquaintance with the material and spiritual culture of four nationalities: Russians, Ukrainians, Tatars, Khanty, who make up the majority of the population of Noyabrsk.
The exhibition is addressed primarily to children and seed audience.
Exhibition "Magic of the People's Doll". The exhibition presents traditional dolls of the peoples of Russia, made using ancient technologies and using traditional materials. Dolls, as the main characters of the rites and traditions of our distant ancestors, make the past more interesting and understandable for both children and adults.
Age: senior preschool, school.
Exhibition "Material and spiritual culture of indigenous peoples of the North". Ethnographic exhibits reveal the unique culture, life and beliefs, the native occupations of the indigenous peoples of the North. The topics of the tour can vary at the request of the customer.

Theatrical exhibitions:
- A History of Simple Things. Vasilisa the Wise and Domovenok Kuzya in a playful form will introduce children to the peasant life of the first half of the twentieth century.

- "Fun Fair." Vasilisa the Wisdom and Marfushechka-Dushechka in the process of the game will acquaint the children with the main folk art crafts (city, khokhloma, haze, gzhel).

- "Journey to Artist's Island." The children, together with Kistochkin and Pencil, will go on an exciting journey, during which they will get acquainted with the main genres of painting in a playful form (portrait, still life, landscape).
