Author's excursion and trekking tour of North Baikal from 15 to 24 July 2020

Every time I tell new friends that I was born on Lake Baikal, I always hear the answer: “I always dreamed of visiting there!”

What do we do on tour?

We can start every morning with a glass of pure Baikal water and charging.

Let us learn about the history and traditions of this wonderful country.

We will catch and eat Baikal fish.

With your own eyes we will see a real seal!

We will see all the most interesting and picturesque places of the northern coast of Baikal.

Learn how to cook and eat bouzas properly.

You will not only see, try, and feel Baikal, but also cross it from West to East and back on a fast boat.

Swimming in two different healing springs.

We spend the sunset and meet the dawn on the most cozy island of Baikal.

Touch wildlife in the oldest reserve of our country.

And if we feel a thirst for adventure, we will go on a 2-day hike lightly through the territory of the reserve, with only personal belongings and food!

Comments on the complexity of the programme

The program is not complicated, mainly moving by car + at will tekking along the coast. Optionally, you can go trekking around the reserve (well-designed trail 7 km).
