Velvet autumn on Baikal

Olkhon Island, Cape Burhan

In the morning we meet at 09:30 at the railway station or at the airport of Irkutsk.

Then we take a minibus to Olkhon Island.

In 4 hours we will reach the p. MRS, where we are waiting to board the ferry. Through the Strait of Olkhon Gate we get to the island.

Arrival at Khuzhir.

Lunch.

Accommodation in the mini-hotel "Baikal".

Sightseeing tour to Cape Burkhan (Shamanka Rock) - one of the nine shrines of Asia, the sacred place of the indigenous inhabitants of the island - Buryats.

Dinner.

Hoboi Cape

After breakfast we will go to Cape Hoboj, the northernmost point of the island.

On the way, we are waiting for stops in the most interesting places: Cape Budun, Peschanoe tract, Cape Sagaan-Khushun.

On Khoboya, you will see the endless expanses of Baikal, which merge with the horizon. The amazing beauty and power of these places will not leave you indifferent.

After a picnic on the edge of the forest, we will continue to the peak of Love and the fall of Uzura.

Back to base, dinner.

South of Olkhon Island

Breakfast.

Excursion to the southern part of the island, from where you can see Big Baikal (the so-called section of Baikal between Olkhon and Buryatia).

A quiet walk through the forest to the shore of Baikal will allow you to see all the splendor of autumn colors.

Free day

You have a free day today.

You can just walk along the shore of Lake Baikal or rent a bicycle and ride around the island. You can also ride a horse, and in the evening steam in the Siberian bath. All services are paid additionally.

Return to Irkutsk

After breakfast and fees, you will receive a transfer to Irkutsk (departure time 12:30).

Lunch on your own in a roadside cafe.

The end of the program in Irkutsk after 19:00 (Kirov Square).
