Baikal Express Tour to Olkhon

Day 1

Meeting with a guide at the railway station or at the airport of Irkutsk at 09.30 am.
Meeting with the sign "Baikal Terra" or "Express to Olkhon" or "The Charm of Olkhon":

We are going on a sightseeing tour of the city. We will visit the foundation of Irkutsk, walk along the Angara embankment, look into the historical quarter. After the tour, we stay in hotels and hotel apartments of Irkutsk. You can also visit the Nerpinarium and the Decembrists Museum on your own.

Day 2

Bus crossing to the ferry to Olkhon Island (280 km). Water crossing through the Olkhon Gate by ferry. Walk to Cape Burhan, where the sacred Shaman Rock is located - one of the nine shrines of Asia, where shamanic rites took place, and later there was an altar of the Buddha; Saray Bay with a magnificent sandy beach. 4th day

It will not do this day without bizarre rock complexes. Stone castle, trident and profile of Stalin - what you will not see on this day.

Breakfast.
Walking tour to the healing spring of Suhayta.
Lunch.
Water tour of Baikal, crossing the Small Sea, a trip to the island of Ogoi, the island is known for the Buddhist Stupa of Enlightenment installed on it. According to legend, if you circle the Stupa three times and make a wish, it will come true.
