History of BCW
At 10.00 at the pier, we will be waiting for a ferry that will take its passengers across the source of the Angara River to the village of Port Baikal.
We take a tourist train (a train excursion on the KBZD can be replaced by a similar water excursion on a ship along the KBZD) and start a trip along the Old Circum-Baikal Railway.

KBZD is a historical monument and architectural and landscape reserve, where 424 engineering structures were built on 84 kilometers in the early XX century.
Many tunnels, retaining walls and stone galleries are not only unique, but also extremely picturesque.
In terms of volume, complexity and cost of work, this small section is unmatched among the railways of Russia.
Currently, only tourist trains with soft seats and modern television and audio systems run on the BCZH.
There is a bar on the train, films about Baikal are shown, and during stops in the most interesting and beautiful places of Circum-Baikalka, the guide talks about the construction of the road.

The size of the larch, of course, also will not leave anyone indifferent: its height exceeds 20 meters, and the girth of 120 centimeters!

The water temperature in different sources ranges from 38 to 55 degrees - each will choose a pool in spirit.
It looks and feels especially exciting in the middle of winter, when snowdrifts lie around and Sayan peaks are dressed in shaggy white hats.
“How to be born again” is the most frequent review of our tourists.
So we offer you to recharge the energy of therapeutic arshan water and get indescribable tactile sensations from bathing.
