The concept of travel

Sailing regatta is a fundamentally new and extremely exciting format of corporate events on Lake Baikal. You not only combine active pastime in the fresh air, but also get useful skills in a new sport, quickly and effortlessly master the technique of behavior on the water, learn to manage sails and most importantly, all this will unite the team of your company in a single friendly team.

Dates: June to September 2020

Duration: 2-3 hours.

Main advantages:

• The involvement of each participant in the sailing race;
• Incredibly beautiful panoramas that you will see from the water;
• During the regatta, each team is in a limited space, literally “in the same boat”, and all tasks are solved together.
• All participants learn a new type of activity on equal terms. On the yacht erased the usual ranks and ranks;
• Achieving the goal and winning the regatta is possible only if all crew members work together. Each participant contributes to the management of the sailing yacht;
• Reasonable extreme and the spirit of competition give adrenaline and emotions that bring people together;
• No special training is required to participate in the corporate sailing regatta.

Important!

Both men and women can participate in the sailing regatta on Baikal; both beginners and experienced yachtsmen. Even if teambuilding participants do not have experience sailing, our captains will teach the basic rules and successful ship management. There is a place on board for everyone!

How will it be?

On one yacht there are 4-5 participants and an accompanying instructor. The task of the team is to overcome the given distance before the opponents, beating the marked obstacles on their way. All crew members are involved in the management of the vessel during the regatta: under the guidance of a professional skipper, everyone will feel himself a key link in a single mechanism. After all, to successfully complete the race, you need to learn how to use the capabilities of the vessel correctly.

In the regatta necessarily involved an additional referee vessel for a clear record of the results of each team and current control over the fair passage of the tests. In addition, a professional photographer can be present on the referee ship, who will take pictures of the bright moments of the race directly from the water.
