Gold of autumn Baikal

Day 1

Arrival in Irkutsk. Group gathering: at 8-8.30 at the airport, 9-9.30 at the railway station, at the entrance to the city with a sign "Golden Baikal" (if tourists arrive at the railway station, please indicate this in advance when booking).
Departure to Baikal by shuttle buses. The journey time is about 4 hours (250 km). The city landscape will be replaced by gold birches and endless steppes, then the road will lead to the evergreen taiga with a scattering of autumn colors. And just before Baikal we will be greeted by the relict Tazheran steppes.
Arrival at the recreation center, lunch. Room accommodation.
Walking tour along the coast of the Small Sea.
The small sea is a strait between Olkhon Island and the mainland. There are many shallow bays, the water in which warms up better than on open Baikal. The swimming season usually lasts until the 10th of September (in sunny weather). But there are always daredevils ready to swim in the cool waters of the Sacred Lake in any weather.
Dinner at the recreation center.

Day 2

Breakfast lunch and dinner at the recreation center.
Car excursion: Panoramas of Baikal and the Bay of Snake.
Autumn Baikal is beautiful with transparent air, filled with the warmth of autumn, piercing blue sky, merging on the horizon with the azure surface of Baikal waters, snow-white caps of chars.
Looking at Baikal from a height, we go down to the Snake Bay. This is one of the few places where you can go down to the “big” Baikal on the west coast.

Day 3.

Breakfast at the recreation center. Transfer with luggage.
A car tour of Olkhon Island to the northernmost point - Cape Khoboy.
During the tour you will see the most popular and beautiful places: the mysterious Cape Shamanka (Burkhan), Sarai beach, the Sandy tract, the marble rock Three Brothers, shrouded in multicolored lichen, Cape Khoba.
Picnic lunch.
Accommodation at the recreation center on Olkhon Island. Dinner.

4th day

Free day on Olkhon.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner at the recreation center.
You can go on additional excursions:
South of Olkhon Island;
Water on the islands of the Small Sea;
Water on the island of Ogoi and Holy springs.

Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner.

Cities: Hujir

5th day

Breakfast at the recreation center.
Departure to Irkutsk (route minibuses, approximate departure time from Olkhon 11.00-14.00, information on the specific departure time will be reported the day before).
Attention: It is strongly recommended to take tickets for the return trip home after 22.00, as there may be a delay (Approximate time of arrival in Irkutsk 19.00-20.30, the place of the end of the tour: bus station / sports palace Labor / central market - depending on the route of the minibus).
Additionally, it is possible to book a meeting in Irkutsk and transfer to the railway station / airport (cost 1000 rubles / car).
