Park of Culture and Recreation named after 30th anniversary of VLKSM

Park name 30 years. Komsomol as a park of culture and recreation was opened on May 18, 1940. PKIO is located in the October district. The area of the park is 79.3 hectares. With the appearance on the territory of the park of the largest stadiums in the city "Red Star" and "Youth", it has become not only a favorite holiday destination, but also a sports center of Omsk. In October 2002, an alley of newlyweds and newborns was laid in the park. Attractions in the Park of Culture and Recreation named after the 30th anniversary of the Komsomol more than anywhere else in the city - 23. At the concert venues of the park, almost all the best amateur art groups of the city perform.
