Pavlovsk - residence of Paul I

Pavlovsk is named after its owner, Emperor Paul I. And this is the case when created in spite of it is brilliant!

All her life she tried to establish relations in the family, so she actively and gratefully participated in the improvement of the gifted lands.

While the palace was being built and the park was being created, the owners traveled around Europe and sent an infinite number of art objects to the construction site: paintings, furniture, sculptures, tapestries, porcelain... Pavlovsk Palace is the richest of all royal residences.

The absolutely stunning landscape park looks like a picturesque forest, but this is what confirms the talent of the gardeners - plants of more than 50 different shades of green are used to create the effect.

The largest park in Europe is decorated with pavilions of various nature: classical, pastoral, memorial, as well as wrought bridges, marble and bronze sculptures. Thanks to the work of gardeners, flower patterns bloom throughout the season.

To get to Pavlovsk we can by car, from the center of St. Petersburg it will take no more than an hour.

During the tour, we will walk around the park, explore the small pavilions, if desired, visit the palace with a tour.

And then, to get an impression for all the senses, we will dine in a real Russian theater!
