Therapeutic sanatorium "Falcon stone" is located forty kilometers from Yekaterinburg, in the south-west of Pervouralsk, in a pine forest on the southern slope of Mount Telyachya.
A sanatorium was built for the rehabilitation of workers of the Trust "Uraltyazhtrubstroy" and was originally called simply - the dispensary of the UTC Trust.
The first stage for one hundred seats was opened in February 1972. Fifteen years later, the second stage came into operation - a medical building with a swimming pool and a children's sanatorium-type department.
In 2001, the dispensary had a new owner and a new name - the sanatorium-prophylactic "Ural builder".
Since 2009, the health resort has a new status and a new name – a medical sanatorium “Shockstone”.
Commissioned more than 30 years ago, the medical sanatorium has undergone drastic changes, and today a modern, dynamically developing enterprise has been built on the basis of Soviet buildings, the most comfortable for customers, for whom new offers are ready every season.
Despite the difficulties of the current economic situation, the management of the sanatorium manages to find funds and opportunities for constant progress.
