Description:
A trip to the Tolbachik volcano is a whole life full of adventures and emotions. This place will change the idea of the nature of the earth, its processes, and all because here you will see with your own eyes the consequences of the strongest crack eruptions of our time. We will walk with you through the fresh lava of the eruptions of 2012-2013, which has not yet cooled down!
We will go down to the caves, in which the cold and heat are terrible. For 6 days spent on this trip, you will get acquainted with a completely different Kamchatka. Walk through the glade of Edelweiss, take a photo at the mirror lake against the background of the highest active volcano of Eurasia Klyuchevskaya Hill, touch the trees of the dead forest left after the eruption of 1975. A trip to the Tolbachik volcano is a journey of a lifetime!
Tour programme:
1 DAY
Moving to the area of Klyuchevskaya group of volcanoes, to Mount Kopyto, the Stolik parking lot, about 530 km. Travel time is 9-11 hours, depending on the condition of the road. On the way stop in the village of Sokoch or Milkovo, for lunch (paid independently). Upon reaching the site, set up a tent camp. Dinner.
2 DAY
Breakfast. Trekking in the natural park "Klyuchevskaya", surrounded by the largest volcanoes of Kamchatka. On the route we will visit: mirror lake, clearing of Edelweiss, Baranya rocks, canyon of the river Studenoy. Photo shoot. Snack on the route. Back to camp. Dinner.
3 DAY
Breakfast. Gathering the camp, moving to the Tolbachinsky dole. Travel time is 6-7 hours, depending on the condition of the road. Snack on the road. Climbing one of the formed slag cones of the eruptions of 1975-76. Establishing a camp in the Dead Forest. Dinner.
4 DAYS
Breakfast. Moving to lava flow 2012-13, by car. Enter the route. Visiting caves, hot cracks. Moving to the village of Esso (Kamchatka Switzerland), rest swimming in the thermal pool.
5 DAY
Breakfast. Camp assembly. Visit the Bystrinsky Ethnographic Museum, left for Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, with a stop for lunch in the village of Milkovo, the cafe "Taizhnoye" (paid independently).
