Blue lakes

Blue Lakes is a system of lakes in Kamchatka, which has the status of a natural park of regional significance. Three small lakes, located at different heights and filling natural depressions in ancient rocks, are connected by a small stream.

The name of these lakes was due to the ultramarine color, which occurs during the period of rapid melting of ice. Another remarkable fact is that the lake is surrounded by picturesque hills, and the water in it is unusually clean and transparent. That is why the locals of the region and visiting guests love to be there!
