Karym waterfalls
Kamchatka Territory, Kamchatka Peninsula
Description:
Karym waterfalls were formed at the site of the descent of the Karymskaya River from a high plateau, which appeared during the outpouring of lava of an ancient volcano. This river with many rapids and waterfalls is a unique large natural monument and a bright attraction of Kamchatka.
Karym waterfalls are still little studied, so instead of names they are assigned numbers with the beginning of the countdown from the lake of the same name. The first waterfall has a height of about 3 meters, the second - about 5. The highest here, as well as in the whole region, is the third - its height is about 30 meters. There's a trail here. The height of the fourth, fifth and sixth is from 12 to 20 meters.
