Our tourist base is located in the Prionezh district of Karelia on the picturesque bank of the Syapsya River flowing from Lake Syamozero, in pine forest, 65 km from Petrozavodsk (Suoyarvi highway). These places attract with their fishing opportunities, northern beauty and recreation in nature.

The Karelian Farm complex includes 5 guest houses built in 2010-2012, located on the bank of the river, with individual parking. The houses are built of rounded logs according to Finnish technologies and are equipped with all the benefits of civilization. All interior decoration is made only of natural wood.

The cottages are surrounded by a beautiful lawn and a beautiful view of the river, along which you can ride a boat and enjoy fishing. On the bank of the river there are several covered arbors and a real Russian bath by the water itself.

5 kilometers from the tourist base "Karelian Farm" there is a beautiful zoo complex "Three Bears", where you can get acquainted with local forest residents.
