In the footsteps of the Stone Age

We will go to the Stone Age, to the origins of the birth of the Karelian land. Nature has honed the local terrain for billions of years. We are waiting for the volcano Girvas, Poor-threshold, mountains Sampo and Big Vaara, waterfall Kivach, sources of Martial waters, stone Valley of hares surrounded by taiga forest, northern rivers and lakes.

Programme:

travel by car to prehistoric places, walks along the frozen lava of the world's oldest volcano Girvas, stone paths Poor-threshold, slopes of the "lamb foreheads" of Conchesero;

• Ascent to the selga of Mount Sampo to fulfill desires and state the fact - "And on the stones grow trees!";
• contemplation of the Big Vaara mountain and the “smoking” lake, the riot of the sister rivers Shuya and Sun, the power of the Kivacha waterfall in the frame of the rocks and protected forest;
• “immersion” in the priceless bowels of the earth and the underwater kingdom (“discovery” of stones and minerals that are world famous, “tears of joy”, “water coin”, magical glandular water, as well as “absolution” of evil spirits near the water);
• acquaintance in the pine forest with the “villain woodcutter”, local cults of the forest, animals and fire, legends and beliefs of the Karelians about stones;
• visit the Valley of the “eared”, where, if desired, you will be polished a personal bunny.

The price includes: guide services on the route.

Pay separately: entrance tickets to the waterfall Kivach (250 rubles / person), the volcano Girvas (100 rubles / person), my transport Nissan Murano (7000 rubles / 1-4 people).

The duration of the program is indicated taking into account the time on the road (4.5 hours there and back, about 220 km, but imperceptibly and intensely).

Visiting the exposition of the Museum "Martial Waters" and the Church of St. Apostle Peter (entrance ticket (100 rubles / person),

lunch in a cafe with Karelian tasties on the route.
