Phillipov Manor

Phillipov’s estate is located in the village of the Podolsky Sports Base district of the Moscow region. The estate was built in the early XX century by the owner of the bakery chain D.I. Filippov. The mansion in the eclectic style was created by the architect N. A. Eichenwald. The estate was surrounded by a park, an alley of thui led to the house. At the entrance to the estate were arranged two reservoirs.

The main house of the estate was built on the site of the ramparts of the ancient fortress, the remains of which have survived to this day. The building consists of different height parts, harmoniously combined with each other. The house has a terrace with stairs, which offers a stunning view, at the very top of the mansion there is a tower decorated with balconies. Near the estate there are fragments of the park, as well as one of the reservoirs. The main manor house currently houses a medical rehabilitation center.
