Excursion Pushkin Mountains (Mikhailovsky, Svyatogorsk Monastery) with departure from Pskov

The program is suitable for arriving morning "Swallow" at 10:25 from St. Petersburg (meeting in the building of the railway station at 10:30, landmark - storage rooms)

It is impossible to visit the Pskov land and feel it until the end without visiting the unique historical, literary and natural landscape museum-reserve named after A. S. Pushkin. Here, in his father’s land, Pushkin received an impetus to all his work in the future. The Pushkin Mountains were for the great poet a home, an office, a haven of calm, work and inspiration. We will visit the “poet’s disgraced house” in Mikhailovsky and the last refuge of the great Russian genius – his grave at the walls of the Assumption Church of the Svyatogorsk Monastery.

Programme:

• 10:30 – 12:30 – transfer to the Pushkin Mountains (120 km). Track tour.
• 12:30 - 14:30 - excursion to the Mikhailovsky estate.
• 14:45 – 15:30 – lunch in the Pushkin Mountains.
• 15:45 – 16:30 – excursion to the Svyatogorsk monastery with a visit to the grave of A. S. Pushkin.
• 17:00 – departure to Pskov (120 km).
• After 18:30 – arrival in Pskov.

Girls and women are recommended to take a covering on their heads to visit the Svyatogorsk monastery.

Comfortable shoes are required!
