Excursion to Izborsk and Pechora
Description:
Bus tour to the ancient Russian city of Izborsk and the Pskov-Pechersk Svyato - a men's monastery.
Excursion to the State Museum-Reserve "Izborsk": Izborsk fortress, Lukovka tower (observation deck), “secret” laz, Nikolskaya church, Slovenian keys, Truvorov settlement.
Excursion to the Pskov-Pechora Holy Assumption Monastery: Fortress walls, Holy Gate, St. Michael's Cathedral, "bloody" path, well of St. George. Cornelia, brotherly building, Sretensky temple, God-created caves (visiting nearby caves), Uspensky temple (visiting).
The tour takes place on Sundays, the start of the tour at 11.00 in the center of the city of Pskov. You will find out the exact meeting place before the tour.
Additionally (if desired) you can order lunch during the tour: + 650 rubles / person.
