Excursion to Old Izborsk and Pskov-Pechersk Monastery

The standard tour route of the Pechora district is a visit to Truvorov Gorodishch, the Slovenian Keys and the fortress on Geravay Gora in Izborsk, and the Pskov-Pechora Monastery in Pechora. However, in addition to the standard excursion, which takes about 6 hours (taking into account the road from Pskov and back), we also offer to visit many famous and popular, interesting and picturesque places in the Pechora region. Extended tour can take much longer (about 7-8) hours and is possible only on passenger transport. It can also be adjusted at your discretion.

Usually, during such an excursion, we visit the ancient church and church in the village of Kamno, Senno, the farm and the museum of the Setu people in the village of Sigovo (it is possible to visit the Setu Museum with a tour by prior agreement), Tailovo (a very picturesque place and burial places of the Seto people, which are no longer found almost anywhere in Russia).
