Stone Lake Opochetsky District

Stone lake is located in Glubokovsky volost of Opochetsky district of Pskov region. This is a flowing reservoir that belongs to the Apol River basin. The area of the lake is about ten square kilometers, but the depth does not exceed 3-4 meters. On the shores of the lake there are several villages, the largest - Rudnihino, Kameno, Bogra and Yastrebovo. There are many fish in the lake - roach, bream, pike, perch and red pepper. For swimming, it is worth looking for gentle shores with a sandy bottom, mostly wetlands everywhere and a rocky silt bottom.
