Island of seclusion

Pskov region is rich not only in natural beauty, but also in its sights.

So, being in the Pushkin Mountains, it is impossible to bypass Mikhailovskoye - a local museum-reserve. In these parts, A.S. Pushkin often visited and created his immortal works and it was thanks to his name that Mikhailovsky became famous throughout the country.

There is also the so-called “island of solitude” – a small island on which, perhaps, there is nothing but a lonely bench. It is here that you can spend time completely immersed in your own thoughts, as well as forget about time and the surrounding reality.

You can get to the park, where the great Russian poet loved to walk and the Islands of Solitude by public transport – by train, bus, taxi or guide car, because it is located near Pskov.
