Lake Kudo

Lake Kudo, located in the Zvonskaya volost of the Opochetsky district of the Pskov region, is sometimes called Kudo-Polekhnovsky. Its area is about one and a half square kilometers, but the depth in it is quite decent - on average about 16 meters. The only settlement on the shore of the lake is the village of Polekhnovo, in the southeast is the city of Opochka. The reservoir is flowing, refers to the basin of the Kudka River, which then flows into the Great. For swimming, the lake is not very convenient - the bottom is dotted with small pebbles, amestas are quite large stones. But it's very suitable for fishing. In these places there is pike, bream, pour, ulcer and roach.
