The gun in the Mikhailovsky estate

One of the most famous creative houses of A. S. Pushkin is the Mikhailovsky Estate Museum, the famous estate of the mother of the famous poet. Here he not only wrote many beautiful poems, but also created a great work that does not lose popularity in our days - this is, of course, a unique "Eugene Onegin".

Visitors are presented with different buildings - a kitchen, a house and an office, a babysitter's house and much more. The museum now constantly hosts various exhibitions of paintings, books, creative works and much more.

A striking feature of the estate is the installed gun, which was fired on holidays and celebrations. As they say, it was used for fun when rich gentlemen came to visit the Russian poet.

The estate itself was destroyed during the war, but after it was restored, so it has long been actively receiving guests from other cities.
