The estate "Trigorskoye"

The estate is located on the territory of the Pushkin Reserve in the Pushkinogorsk district of the Pskov region on the banks of the Sorot River a kilometer from the village of Sharobyki.

Description:

During the years of exile and life in Mikhailovsky, Trigorskoye became a second home for the great Russian poet Alexander Pushkin. It was a place full of friendly warmth, comfort, endless conversations and inspiration. Here the poet wrote many lines dedicated to the residents of the estate, and in many verses of "Eugene Onegin" the landscapes of Trigorsky are guessed. The estate is included in the Pushkin Museum-Reserve "Mikhailovsky".

In 1762, the land of the Egorievskaya Bay, part of which was also "Trigorskoye", Catherine II granted the Life Guards of the Semenovsky Regiment of Seconds-Major Maxim Dmitrievich Vyndomsky. The estate was transformed after it was inherited by his son Alexander in 1780. At this time, various outbuildings and service buildings are erected here, the territory of the park is ennobled in the English style. Pushkin became close friends with the Vyndomsky family. Since the early 1820s, he has been in close contact with the Osipov-Wulf family. It is the estate "Trigorskoye" will give Pushkin the image of the house of the family of Tatiana Larina.

Later, various corners of the park will receive Pushkin’s names, including “Tatiana Alley”, “el tent”, “secluded oak”, “Onegin bench”, “birch saddle”. And already the whole estate is associated exclusively with the great poet. Pushkin’s works here lurked on every branch, step, bench.

In 1859, the estate goes to A. N. Vulfa, and after his death, "Trigorskoye" leases M. I. Palmov, who carefully stores and maintains Pushkin places. Unfortunately, in 1918, the estate suffered serious damage - it was looted and burned. The monument was restored in 1962 after serious historical research and archival studies.

The title of the funniest attraction of the park of the estate "Trigorskoye" is given to the "solar clock". They are arranged so that the shadow of the gnomon falls on the oak dial. The system of the sundial also includes a "solitary oak" to which the midday path leads.
