Description:
The monument to Alexei Petrovich Yermolov, a general, participant of the Caucasian War, was erected on September 11 in the park on Lermontov Street in Pyatigorsk.
The author is Ravil Yusupov. The bronze general sitting on a horse is located on a pedestal, 2 meters high. The sculpture is made in life size. On the pedestal there is a plaque that gives basic information about the general and says that he made a great contribution to the formation of the city of Pyatigorsk.
The monument is installed in the square opposite the Lermontov House-Museum. You can get to it from the railway station on any tram to the Flower stop.
