I am Maxim, tour organizer and traveler of the XXI century.
Here I will tell you about myself, the team, and our philosophy.

A native of the Caucasus. For more than 8 years, I have been working in tourism and hotel business, organizing author’s tours where I traveled since childhood:
in Kabardino-Balkaria,
Karachay-Cherkessia,
North Ossetia,
Ingushetia.
Behind hundreds of thousands of kilometers of roads of different republics.

Our tourists take part in the creation of tours, many of whom share impressions and suggestions after the tour.
As well as dozens of local guides, hotel owners and indigenous people you will meet directly on your travels.
For our team, tourism has become not only a craft, but also an art.

Over the years, we have learned to take a measured and careful approach to the development of each route.

It is important to find the right balance in each journey between moving, adventure, excursions and relaxation.
In our programs there is time for many walks, rest and contemplation of nature, participation in unique excursions and adventures. We try to avoid tedious travel as much as possible.

Aesthetics are important to us and therefore beautiful, quality hotels, sometimes with a unique design or in incredibly beautiful natural locations, play an important role in our trips.
We love comfort very much, and in our travels it is maximum: high-quality accommodation, spacious SUVs, mini groups, and your own rhythm of travel is especially important to us. We can sacrifice comfort only when the beauty of places will significantly exceed the amount of inconvenience.
