Trinity cathedral

140100, Moscow region, Ramenskoye, str. May Day, 2

Description:

The Trinity Cathedral of the city of Ramenskoye is an impressive stone five-domed temple, which was built in 1852 with the money of Princess Golitsyn.

Initially, the temple was built with three thrones: the Holy Trinity, St. Nicholas and the Apostles Peter and Paul. A few decades after the construction of the temple, a refectory with two chapels and a high tent bell tower were added according to the project of Zelerov. These chapels were later consecrated in honor of Archangel Michael and the Assumption of the Mother of God.

Now there is a charity dining room and Sunday school in the temple. Also, the temple has several revered shrines: a list with the miraculous Jerusalem icon of the Mother of God, the icon of John the Forerunner, the icon of the Savior with particles of the relics of saints, the icon of the Hieromartyr Alexander (Parusnikov), who served in this temple.
