Nikitskoe Estate
Russia, Moscow region, Ramena district, Nikitskoe village
Description:
The Nikitskoe estate is located in the Ramenskoye district of the Moscow region. The estate owes its birth to Admiral Apraksin. Since 1789, the estate belonged to the grandnephew of the emperor Alexander Fedorovich, who laid the first regular French park around the estate. The next master was Prince Kurakin, who also did a lot for Nikitsky. At this time, the house was rebuilt in the style of classicism. There is an opinion that Kurakin did this in connection with the arrival of Catherine the second.
At the beginning of the XVIII century, the Vladimir Church was built in the estate, it was built on the model of a tiered temple. Currently, the church and buildings, as well as a park with a pond, are preserved in the estate, but in a neglected state. The church is now renovated and operating.
