Karelia for schoolchildren

1 day - Kivach Waterfall + rafting:

- Arrival in Petrozavodsk by morning trains.

 

 

- Group gathering at the main entrance to the railway station building from the city side.

- A guide meets a band with a sign called Karelia Lines.

- Get on the bus.

- Breakfast at the cafe.

- Departure to the nature reserve "Kivach" (80 km from Petrozavodsk).
On the way, the guide will acquaint you with the history of the region and local traditions. In the reserve you will get acquainted with the amazing world of Karelian nature, see the second largest plain waterfall in Europe, as well as a unique tree - Karelian birch.

- Lunch-picnic with kebabs on the territory of the reserve.

- Return to Petrozavodsk.

- Placement inBirch Grove Hotelin 2 and 3 local rooms with amenities per block.

 

 

- Going out for evening rafting.

Fun alloy with elements of competition on small thresholds on safe vessels - rafts.
Duration of alloy - 2 hours.
After rafting, a hot picnic dinner on an equipped area in a pine forest near a campfire (ear with greens, pasta in fleet style, sauerkraut, citrus cutting (lemon, orange), bread, mineral water, tea, coffee, biscuits or crackers.

- Back to town.

Day 2 - Rope Park + zoo complex

- Breakfast.

- Departure to the amusement park "Sherwood" (70 km from Petrozavodsk).
A unique rope town built on the shore of Lake Syamozero in the crowns of mighty pines, from where a magnificent view of the lake opens. You will find many attractions of the rope town, such as "suspended barrels", "web", "stairs to the sky". The most courageous can try their hand at the climbing wall or climb.

 

 

- Lunch is plagued. Return to Petrozavodsk.

- If desired, for an additional fee, visit the Three Bears zoo complex. The zoo is located next to Sherwood Park, the transfer by bus will take about 20-30 minutes.

- Back to town.

- If desired, for an additional fee, dinner in the cafe of the city.

Day 3 - Kizhi Island

- Breakfast. Room release.

- Sightseeing tour of Petrozavodsk.

 

 

- Optionally for an additional fee: excursion to the island of Kizhi (order and payment for the tour when booking a tour).
On the island, acquaintance with the life and traditions of peasant life in Karelia. Children will be able to see the “revived exposition” with a demonstration of crafts and try themselves in some of them. Also in the program are visits to ancient churches and the cathedral.

- Late lunch at the cafe.

- Transfer to Petrozavodsk railway station. Group departure.
