Church of John of Kronstadt

The Church of John of Kronstadt is the only student church in the city, built at the Rostov State University of the Ways of Communication. On September 29, 1992, the first house church at the university was established, and a few years later it was decided to build a new church named after St. John of Kronstadt.

Construction work on the project of architect G.I. Ivanov began in 2000, and in 2002 the first Divine Liturgy was performed in the unfinished church. In 2005, the construction of the temple was completely completed. There is currently a Sunday school at the temple.
