Tatsin Museum of Combat and Labor Glory

Tatsin Historical and Local History Museum was founded in 1968. The museum owes its appearance to the legendary Tatsin tank raid, committed by Badan tankers in December 1942, which marked the beginning of the victory in the Battle of Stalingrad during the Great Patriotic War and forever glorified the Tatsin land. The founder of the museum was military commissar Dvizov Viktor Konstantinovich, who collected huge material, rallying the participants of the tank raid, veterans of the Great Patriotic War, the population of the district on a noble cause - the creation of a museum.
