recreation "Polushkino", located near Ryazan in the Spas-Klepikovo district on the banks of the Pra River among picturesque ponds, gives its guests the opportunity to enjoy the calm and discreet beauty of this region, feel its amazing atmosphere, breathe clean air. On the territory of the base, you can rent cottages and apartments for every taste, from double rooms to apartments intended for family holidays or holidays by a large company. At the recreation center "Polushkino" there is a luxurious banquet complex "Prestige Hall" - an excellent option for a country holiday, whether it is a wedding, anniversary or corporate events. The complex includes 3 banquet halls with a capacity of 10 to 180 people. Convenient rooms are finished in a modern style and have separate exits. The halls are equipped with everything necessary, including modern light and sound equipment.

Placement

Gostiny yard:

Two-storey building with well-groomed adjacent territory. The rooms are cozy and quite spacious, with a beautiful, although inexpensive, finish.

Room fund: 55 rooms (10 double beds are installed, in the rest - 2 comfortable one and a half beds). Each room has a full bathroom and TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi access to the network.

Cottages and cottage complexes:

On the territory of the base there are cottages of different capacity - they are all finished with wood and equipped with everything necessary for rest, but differ in size.

It consists of two buildings, two floors each. They are designed for seven rooms, with a capacity of two to ten people.

- Fisherman's House cottage

I like those who come to the recreation center to fish. The house, divided into two apartments, is literally on the shore of the lake, so you can enjoy fishing and pleasant privacy. And since the apartments in the cottage are quite spacious, the house has a spacious living room and a kitchen equipped with everything you need.

On both sides surrounded by ponds, from each room you can admire the picturesque landscape. The cottage has four apartments - one or two bedrooms.

It consists of three identical cottages. Each building is divided into two parts – spacious apartments for any holiday. In the surrounding area there are gazebos equipped with everything necessary for a picnic.

Designed for big companies. Each building has a spacious living room, which can comfortably accommodate up to 25 people. Each cottage has a personal parking. Ideal for a corporate holiday or a big family celebration.

VIP holiday:

Polushkino offers its customers VIP-rest in nature - you can rent a house outside the base in Spas-Klepiki. This is a specially designated area where nothing will disturb your peace of mind. The three-storey house is located on the shore of a picturesque pond in which there are many fish. Near the lake there is a wide platform for walking and, for example, for cycling.

The house is adjacent to a spacious covered veranda. The entire first floor of a beautiful wooden house is occupied by a living room and an equipped kitchen. You can arrange individual food according to your order. On the second floor there are five bedrooms and four bathrooms. TVs, gym ass, tennis table, bicycles, Russian bath with font... This is not the entire list of available entertainment.

How to get there:

From Ryazan: highway P123 Spas-Klepika - Ryazan. 300 m after the first turn on Spas-Klepiki will be an enlarged road sign recreation center "Polushkino" to the left. After turning left, immediately turn right and you are on the territory of the recreation center.

From Moscow: Egorievskoye highway, crossing with P123, not reaching Spas-Klepikov turn to the right and then along the highway P123 Spas-Klepika-Ryazan in the direction of Ryazan. After 3 km, there will be an enlarged road sign of the recreation center “Polushkino” to the right. After turning to the right one more turn to the right and you are on the territory of the recreation center.
