What to see in Rzhev

Good day! I would like to tell you a little about this wonderful museum, which I definitely recommend to visit! Both adults and children!

The special atmosphere reigning in the museum, the combination of artifacts, installations and the virtual part makes you deeply experience the moments of the Great Patriotic War, especially after immersion in 42 years.

In general, frankly, we were not going to go to this museum, as they say (well, we did not see it there), but the museum staff told about the virtual immersion first in the form of a search engine, then in the form of a soldier who in the trench in the year 42 fights off the Germans and gets acquainted with Pavel Yukhnevich (a soldier whose remains were found in 2024 by search engines, and the creators of the museum resurrected him virtually) of course intrigued! But who knew that this is such a delightful project, without any beauty, which really immerses in the events of those years, and you experience emotions, from surprise, fear, adrenaline to tears! And that's what I think everyone should see. At the end, the soldier speaks to the descendants, and she goesosebumps, tears.
