Museum of the History of PriVO Troops

The Museum of the History of Troops of the Volga Military District (now the Samara Military Historical Museum of the Volga-Ural Military District) was opened on April 15, 1975, on the eve of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The building of the museum is an architectural monument of the XIX century, built in the style of late Russian modernism in 1913 by the architect D. A. Werner.
