The recreation center was founded in 1992 on the shore of Lake Otradnoe (Pyhäjärvi, Fin. Pyhäjärvi). On the territory of the base there are wooden cottages, a building with suites and deluxe numbers, an administrative building, a bath, a hockey box and a volleyball court.
