More recently, an amazing place has appeared, which can rightfully carry the proud title of “Center of country recreation”. “Plotvichkina backwater” is a cottage complex with all modern communications. It takes its name from the old Finnish name of the resort village "Sarkisalo", now the village of Krotovo, Priozersky district of Leningrad region. If you and your family need a holiday in cottages in nature at a modern level, you should just leave 120 km from the city of St. Petersburg. You are in one of the most ecologically clean and beautiful places of the Leningrad region on the shore of Lake Vuoksa.
If you think that a country holiday near a metropolis like St. Petersburg is impossible - come to us and you will be pleasantly surprised. We are glad to see you all year round in our cottage complex, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the fresh air, warm sun and light frost.
Moreover, we do not fit into the framework of the concept of “country cottage complex”, as on the territory of our complex you can hold business events, corporate meetings, weddings. We have all the necessary infrastructure for such events.

The complex includes seven cottages of different capacity and a complex of 12 rooms with separate entrances, balconies and a beautiful view of the outdoor pool and Lake Vuoksa. The total capacity of the recreation center is up to 56 people (with additional seats - 65).
In summer, there is an outdoor pool, a sandy beach with a pier and a floating beach on Lake Vuoksa, picnic gazebos, sports grounds, boat rental and other sports and fishing equipment.
In winter we offer cross-country skiing, winter fishing.
The bath is working. For the organization of corporate events there are: a banquet hall (capacity up to 50 people) and a tent (capacity up to 60 people)
All cottages are equipped according to modern requirements, have bathrooms with shower, cold and hot water supply and heating. All rooms are equipped with modern furniture, TVs, refrigerators and kettles. The interiors of the rooms are comfortable and functional.
