Roofs of St. Petersburg

The city on the Neva River is famous not only for its museums and monuments. The city has its own indescribable atmosphere, which is what attracts guests from all over the world. Having visited the city more than once, I want to see something new and impressive. Observation platforms, such as the colonnade of St. Isaac’s Cathedral, are not always able to satisfy tourists seeking new and unusual sensations.

In this regard, it will be very interesting to see St. Petersburg from a different angle, to be over the noisy avenues, to look at the details – this is what attracts more and more people to the roofs. Indeed, you can look at the city differently almost from under the clouds, climbing onto the roof. Famous cathedrals and ancient courtyards, monuments and ordinary buildings look very different from here.

A trip to the roof will greatly enrich the impression of the city, it will be a small adventure that will definitely be remembered. Visiting city rooftops is not always legal. If the roof is not properly equipped to ensure safety and the owners of the building have not given permission to visit, you risk not only your health, but also problems with residents and police. You can arrange a romantic date or celebrate your birthday. You are offered excursions to the roofs, as well as the organization of events on them. Some roofs are easily accessible, you can climb there even during a sightseeing tour of the city, but visiting other view sites and roofs must be coordinated in advance. In any case, everything goes safely and within a strictly agreed time.
