The landscape park of the Sergievka estate is one of the most beautiful on the Peterhof road. However, not everyone is even aware of its existence. Sergievka is the former estate of the daughter of Nicholas I, Maria Nikolaevna, and her wife Maximilian of Leuchtenberg. Here the palace built by the architect A.I. Stackenschneider, ponds and part of buildings in the park are preserved. But unfortunately, much has also been lost.
We will take a walk in the park, talk about the life of the owners of the estate, how the estate was built, and how its fate developed after the revolution.
