Peterhof
Description:
Russian Versailles, the capital of fountains, is the name of the summer residence on the shores of the Gulf of Finland.
There are more than twenty museums in Peterhof, but the main attraction is the Lower Park: about 150 fountains, cascades, gilded and marble sculptures, small palaces and a magnificent view of the Gulf of Finland.
When you get acquainted with Peterhof, you can limit yourself to a leisurely walk through the park, or visit the Grand Peterhof Palace, small palaces, as well as a landscape park in the English style of Alexandria.
We will leave St. Petersburg on the famous Peterhof road. Along the way, I will tell you and show you a lot of interesting things. We will pass the Narva Gate, the Constantine Palace in Strelna, the Alexandria Park.
At your request, a visit to Peterhof can be combined with a trip to Kronstadt.
