Peterhof+Kronstadt
Description:
During our tour we will visit two cities at once - Peterhof and Kronstadt. We will start with a walk in the Lower Park, enjoy the fountains, imperial palaces and pavilions, talk about the unique hydraulic system of Peterhof, about the history of the creation of this place, stand on the shore of the Gulf of Finland. After a short break for lunch we will go to Kronstadt.
Kronstadt is a hero city, a city-defense of St. Petersburg, which has repeatedly justified its name since the time of Peter 1. In Kronstadt we will walk along the embankment, from where we will see well military ships and forts, count lighthouses, visit the main sea cathedral.
